TALENT RELEASE FORM

This Talent Release Form (the “Release”) is entered into by and between the undersigned individual (“Talent”) and Zufire Agency LLC (“Producer”), with its principal mailing address at P.O. Box 561, Douglasville, GA 30133, USA.

1. Consent and Release

Talent hereby grants Producer, its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture Talent’s image, voice, name, likeness, and performance (collectively, the “Materials”) in connection with the production, promotion, distribution, and exploitation of the project produced by Producer.

2. Rights Granted

Talent grants Producer the unrestricted right to use, edit, reproduce, exhibit, broadcast, distribute, advertise, promote, and otherwise exploit the Materials in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, approval, or notice.

3. Waiver

Talent waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including any written or spoken copy that may be created in connection with the Materials.

4. Release of Liability

Talent releases and discharges Producer from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that Talent may have now or in the future in connection with the use of the Materials, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of moral rights.

5. Governing Law

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
