Zufire represents its clients with precision, professionalism, and intention. Every individual contracted by Zufire is expected to uphold the agency’s standards, protect its relationships, and execute work with excellence. When you are contracted by Zufire, you are representing the Zufire brand first, regardless of the client or event.
This Freelance Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Zufire LLC (“Zufire" and the undersigned independent contractor (“Contractor").
By accepting work from Zufire, Contractor agrees to the following terms.
Independent Contractor
Contractor is hired by Zufire, NOT by client, as an independent contractor, not an employee or partner.
Scope of Work
Contractor will perform assigned services for specific projects or events as directed by Zufire.
Brand Representation
Contractor will act professionally, follow Zufire instructions, and represent Zufire first at all times.
Dress Code
Unless otherwise instructed in writing, Contractor agrees to wear all-black, professional, fashion-forward attire along with a Zufire-branded shirt provided by Zufire. Nothing may be worn over or in a way that covers the Zufire shirt, branding, or QR code. Failure to comply may result in removal from the assignment.
Confidentiality
All non-public information regarding Zufire or its clients is confidential and may not be shared included but not limited to client names and contacts, pricing, sales data, business strategies, login creditionals or internal systems.
Non-Circumvention | Non Solicitation
Contractor may not contact, solicit, or work directly with any Zufire client introduced during this engagement for 24 months without written approval.
Ownership of Work
All work created during the engagement is the exclusive property of Zufire LLC. Unless otherwise directed, Contractor may not reuse, sell, post, or distribute materials without written consent from Zufire.
Compensation
Payment will be made per the agreed assignment and will be issued upon completition of assignment. Expenses are not reimbursed unless approved in writing. Under no circumstamces should compensation be discussed with client, other contractors, nor with anybody other then Zufire Contact who hired you.
Termination
Zufire may terminate this engagement at any time for failure to perform, brand misrepresentation, or dress code violations.
Liability
Contractor agrees to hold Zufire harmless from claims arising from Contractor’s actions.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, regardless of where the services are performed. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, except where prohibited by applicable law.
