How can I re-order my brand inventory?You can re-order your brand inventory in several ways: 1. Order directly from our website under the RE-ORDER inventory link. 2. Chat with our team on the website by clicking the chat button. 3. Use your designated WhatsApp chat to communicate with your customer service representative, who can assist with placing your order and sending an invoice.

Can I choose my own ingredients for the products?Yes, you can choose your own ingredients with a minimum order of 1000 pieces per formulation, classified as Premium Custom Production. If this is not feasible, you can select from our extensive range of pre-formulated options, which include popular ingredients. This approach saves significant production costs. Share your preferred ingredients and product functions with us, and we'll help you select the best formula from our tested and proven options. We can also recreate a formula for an additional cost. All our formulas use top-grade, 100% organic ingredients sourced globally.

Can I sample the products before ordering?Yes, you can sample our products. Each product offers an option to order a sample size bottle or, in some cases, a retail size bottle. Please note that sample orders will not include your branding.

Will I be able to approve my logo and other branding elements?Absolutely! Throughout the brand development process, you'll communicate with your designated team via a WhatsApp chat group. This includes access to your graphic design team and customer service. Before anything goes to print, you'll have the opportunity to review, request changes, and approve edits.

Can I order more products than the formulations included in my product development package?Yes. Additional Product Formulations If you desire more products than the formulations included in the package, simply go to Re-Order Inventory in the menu and add the products you desire to your cart. Also add 1 New Product label for each additional Product found in Marketing Solutions tab on the menu. Additional Inventory for Included Formulations If you desire more inventory for some of your already included formulations simply go to Re-Order Inventory in the menu and add the product to your cart and the additional quantity of cases you desire.

Is there a MOQ to re-order my brand?Yes. Each Brand Package has its unique Minimum Reorder Qty (MOQ) which can be found in the details of each Package as well as in the description of each Re-Order Page.

Can we alter ingredients?Generally you would want to choose from the formulas we already have to save tens of thousands of dollars on cost of production. You can tell us your ideal ingredients and the function of the products that you desire and we will help you choose the correct formula to suit your need per formulas that we have already created, tested and proven. If you wish for us to completely recreate a formula, we can also do that for a cost that is not included in the product brand development price. Our formulas are made with top grade Ingredients that are sourced from all around the world and are 100% organic.

If I get less formulas, can I get more products per formula.Yes. You can discuss this in detail with our Customer Support Team to guide you.

How many different social media platforms you manage?We are able to manage all your social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Linked In, Pintrest, Youtube and more. The price will depend on how many social media accounts you wish for us to manage. The more we manage, the more savings you incur per account.
