Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@zufire.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the damaged or unsatisfactory item to help us assess the situation quickly.

Return the Item: Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on returning the item. All items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying materials.

Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly process your exchange and ship the replacement.

Exchanges are only available for items purchased directly from Zufire.

Shipping costs for returning the item to us will be your responsibility. However, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
